Long time solo act, Sarah Winters, brought her new band to the Saint Paul Opera House to perform on Radio Noir. With songs that demand the voice of the cello, Winters is also backed by Clawthroat drummer Kristopher Schoen.
The eleagant songs created by miss Winters feature cascading piano lines that feel like snowflakes in the ears of the listeners, while artful cello lines soar over tasteful yet powerful percussion riffs. This soundscape is a perfect vehicle for Winters' unique and enchanting voice to reveal her lyrics of personal experience.
The trio is currently working on a follow up to Winters' All Things Flying EP, available this fall.
