GOODDAY MONTAG STRETCHES OUT ON RADIO NOIR
Not since the likes of Mucky The Ducky has Radio Noir seen a set quite like this. Minneapolis soundscape artist Goodday Montag came on the show to promote their upcoming CD release at The Acadia. The results yielded two epic improvisations.
The trio injects a wide variety of odd instruments into seemingly endless pedal boards, and somewhere between the intellect and electric current other worldly harmonies are produced. This music is nothing short of hypnotic. The entrancing sounds may lure ears in, but it's the danceable beats that keep them addicted.
The live show is certainly an experience, so be sure to check out their CD release February 13th.
