After muscling a gigantic speaker and rhodes keyboard down an old flight of stairs, the gentlemen of Hotel San Sebastian were ready to play their session on Radio Noir. The entirety of the set was new material, but it was clear the band felt comfortable in our studio.
The music this group creates will put you in a different place. Your ear will take a journey. The comfortable tempos of each piece are the foot steps, and the ghostly harmonies are the breath you see in front of your face. If the metaphors are too much now, they won't be after a listen or two.
The boys of Hotel San Sebastian are planning to release an LP in 2010, so keep your ears and eyes peeled.
