CHRIS KASPER LIVE AT THE SAINT PAUL OPERA HOUSE

The first set of the night belonged to the Philadelphia native, Chris Kasper. The songwriter was in the midst of a U.S. tour with Hezekiah Jones when he stopped by The Saint Paul Opera House. The opening strums and smooth tone of Kasper's voice produce a concoction of comfort for any listner's ear.

The musicans shared by Jones and Kasper blended perfectly, and had the audience mesmerized as they weaved through a collection of beautiful folk songs.

Although The Opera House is dark during show times, the pot smokers couldn't hide from Kasper's quick wit. Apprently the long road trip didn't take away his sense of humor.

Quick history lesson: Kiley Ryan, Kasper and Jones' violin player, used to play with Pat Dougherty in a duo named Film Noir, which is why Dougherty titled the radio program, Radio Noir, when it started on KAUG.
